Is there a version of thr Witcher that should work under WIN10?
Currently playing PSF 2023 - a bit boring I know - but great sports fun!! Might get Stellaris & one of DLC's before the steam special deal ends currently on special for £8.74 for base game £7+ for a DLC

I'm not a PC gamer, so couldn't say what it plays like.
CDPRed (the devs) did recently say that they're working on a remake, but that could be some time away, maybe 10 years if Cyberpunk was anything to go by, and almost certainly won't run on anything even remotely below current spec.

An easier option may be to just skip the first 2 games and play the Witcher 3, which does attempt to explain the backstory in the game. It's also pretty fucking awesome, "in my opinion".
The Witcher 3 does massively spoil the Netflix show pretty quickly though.
