Hate to ruin things but... just because Tiffany is getting another Boob Job doesn't mean she's moving on to Porn. She has never done Porn before so what makes you think she will suddenly do it now? Lot's of girls have boob jobs again, and it's most likely a personal choice of her's, let's not jump to conclusions here and assume she is moving on to porn because that would be more of a dream than anything.
