Actor Carlos Valdes had this to say about rumours he was leaving the show:

"First, let me just address the rumors . . . I'm not leaving the show this season. I know everybody here is wondering, I know," the star told Entertainment Weekly’s Chancellor Agard. "I see that look on your face. I'm not leaving the show. I love these guys. These guys love me, clearly. I love being in the room with these guys. I'm not leaving anytime soon."

Got some big news about Season 6 and it’s big. The actor playing the villain you may remember him from the show Heroes.

Was gonna post the big news about season 6 but some other big news has dropped so will have to delay that.
Kid Flash is returning to season 6 for a few eps and will team up with Flash to take on one his greatest comic book villains and no Reverse Flash. Tom Cavanagh who every year plays a different version Harrison Wells this year there’s totally twist on who his playing. His playing a character called Pariah (comic image below) in the comics this character was big part of Crisis On Infinite Earths, Pariah was a scientist who’s experiments lead to the Anti Monitor discovering his home-world and destroying it he is later saved by The Monitor he is then forced to travel to different Earths only to see them being destroyed and ends up riddled with guilt over what his caused of course the tv version will be a little different but interesting.
Actor LaMonica Garrett who with seen play The Monitor In last years Crossover and CW arrowverse finales will be playing double roles not only as The Monitor but also the villain The Anti Monitor image below (concept art)

All tho Bloodwork is the new villain of Season 6 there’s gonna much bigger and nastier then him showing in the season and Cisco isn’t leaving Team Flash.

Season 6 is be made up of three story arcs, the first arc will be with the villain Bloodwork and the build up Infinite Crisis On Earth, the second arc will be the aftermath of Infinite Crisis On Earth and will send shockwaves through the series and the arrowverse. The third arc will a bigger villain Bloodwork my guess possibly Red Death.

A update on Season 6 Tom Cavanagh will be playing the character Pariah from Crisis On Infinite Earths graphic novel but he will also be playing another version of Harrison Wells and possibly Reverse Flash too.
