I don't really think that the channel number actually comes into play, the EPG number is merely a number which can be rented from. Maybe eurotic TV is making a comeback. I don't know all the loopholes involved but this could very well be either Eurotic or BS24 or a brand new channel that will broadcast not just to the UK but to the whole of Europe. Ofcom said themselves with regards to Babestation a few years ago that it's outwith their control. Let's hope this is just the beginning for a whole host of new Euro Channels to be added to our SKY EPG, Adultwise and beyond

Yes it's looking like central or eastern Europe.

I'm guessing it will be dedicated to a UK audience and not being broadcast elsewhere.

Might be unrelated but ETV will be on sky from next week

well thats gonna piss off a lot of there existing viewers. who expect pussy after 10pm. to me its 1 of the worst babeshows on the eu scene and recently it got even worse. not that i ever watch much of it but on the occasions i have i've never bothered hangin around for more than a few mins at a time.
