Writer-director Joss Whedon says Loki will not be in his upcoming sequel Marvel's The Avengers 2.

Thats never gonna as the 1st Superman film was a product of its time and times have changed so things will be a lot different not just with Man of Steel but to any film if its been rebooted.

I had to laugh on the Man of Steel fb page and people posting its the worse film they've ever seen, i would love to know what they think of Superman 4 which was really bad lol.

Same here as I too think superman 4 :the quest for peace is the worst superman film with superman III not far behind. Just seen man of steel and think the only superman films better then it are superman and superman II

Looks like Mary Jane won't be in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 after all ite being reported that she's being cut for the second movie and will introduced in the third film.

its of great sadness to post that Actor James Gandolfini has died today at the age of 51 of a suspected heart attack, he best known for his role as Tony Soprano in The Sopranos. R.I.P James.

the best bit of superman 3 was the clark v evil superman scarp yard fight.

man of steel like smallville has humanised superman. the 1st part was about his growing up while he is trying to figure out who he is and after finding the scout ship has to deal with zod and his bad ass chick. the bit with jor-el holigram with lois lane was funny.

Marvel have now confirmed that Robert Downey Jnr has signed on to do The Avengers 2 and 3 however nothing yet on whether he'll be doing Iron Man 4.
A sequel to Bad Teachers 2 is being developed for Cameron Diaz and Brad Pitt hinted at more World War Z films.
Rumours are that Dwayne Johnson is being lined up for a role in Terminator 5, its also been rumoured that it will be set before the birth of Sarah Connor and focus on her parents in the 1940s and 50s. This scenario would once again involve a Terminator(s) being sent back in time to kill a target, only this time it's decades before the attempts on Sarah and John Connor.

20th Century Fox have set there dates for there future films Independence Day 2 is set for July 3, 2015. Assassin's Creed, starring Michael Fassbender has moved from May 22nd 2015 to June 19th 2015.
Moving forward to next year, 20th Century Fox has swapped the dates for X-Men: Days of Future Past and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. X-Men: Days of Future Past will now hit the big screen two months earlier on May 23, 2014 and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is coming two months later on July 18, 2014.
