How do you find the type of callers at £1.50 a minute Elle ? its a big hike from 45p ....have the conversations taken a big hike in stimulation as well to match the price he he.....

She must be doing something right, she had the highest call volume across all the channels on the early shift this morning (between 6am and 8am). Was barely off the phone for the first 2 hours.

Arr brilliant it doesn't surprise me....much prefer the early morning chat as long as there's an open 'happy ending' if deseried, then the price rise in fine by me.....and fair enough I think.
