Yet again they are having trouble with their cams. Just tried to log into Rose White's cam on iPad and spent 15 seconds staring at a gray screen before I could disconnect. Total rip-off

You want to moan but no do anything about it. If you do not contact them they are less likely to either a) fix it b) get rid of it and in the end only your money is wasted. E-mailing customer support (nicely) costs nothing but time.

Emailing Customer services can work. Last year I had a state of buying credits, and them not reaching the system. Took a few emails b4 I got a reply, and then a few more with account details, but got a refund, had choice of ££ or credits.. and was done when they said so.

Today, however, seems I can't log in/read the chat screen. Usually happens when Stacey sees me try to log into her webcam, as we've had a 'disagreement' over her tip4tricks policy with some folks.. But not tried recently.. Worked fine yesterday.. Usually wears off after a few hours...

So whichever clown it was that was in charge of the boxes that day, thank you. You may have fucked up and risked getting the channel a fine. However some good has come out of the incident. So maybe we should buy you a beer after all.

Now in future listen to what your fans are telling you! Everyone was saying the boxes were a shit idea in the first place
