OnlyFans Tech Issues

I haven't been able to log in - get "we will try your destination gain in 15 seconds" on repeat. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi @Rake, you'll get that when they have issues and the load on the website skyrockets. Give it a little while and it'll go way. Been happening quite a lot lately, normally mid-morning UK time. Hope that helps.

Anyone know how to get a refund? I paid for a locked message but the videos were totally different to what I asked for, the girl refused to refund me. I looked at the help section and seems to say they don't do refunds. The girl works on one of the channels and I will be naming and shaming her but will need a bit more time, it will be a loooong post!

@drowner you can try emailing support@onlyfans.com highlight the case, include the attempts to talk to the creator and evidence it. They may take action against the creator for breach of t&c’s if they see one, but you may not see ur money back. They see it all as a private transaction unfortunately. Sorry I can’t give you a silver bullet so to speak.

Definitely worth emailing them though because you never know. Also they get enough genuine complaints about a creator they do take action. Just lately they seem to be trying to clean up the platform a bit after a couple of big celebs did the rip off trick and it causes massive amounts of charge backs.

Tell them you will be contacting your bank and requesting a chargeback. Ordered a custom vid from an ex BS girl there late last year but she never delivered,total scammer. Onlyfans customer support didn't want to know and said there was nothing to do about it until i mentioned doing a chargeback.I had my refund about a week later.

Just be careful with chargebacks OF have a knack of suspending even terminating your account if they detect a chargeback linked to your account so you'll loose anything you bought ppv. Sometimes support help but others they'll call your bluff. I think the time they'll help is if the Paid Message for the custom vid had a good description of what the tip was for so they have evidence to claim it back from the creator. Basically you have given them definite proof and they can also see from ur PM's that it wasn't sent.

Thanks guys, I decided to leave it, put it down to experience. I've been lucky so far with other girls but it will definitely make me more cautious now.

Onlyfans are putting ads on your timeline if you goto there profile and block them you get no more ads
