During the middle of November there was an unoffical report that Ola Jordan and Kristina Rihanoff had been banned from the Strictly set for one week.

I notice that Kristina was on the show tonight but I haven't seen Ola in weeks

Ola was on TV last night, hiding behind whichever couple were being spoken to by Claudia mostly; but didn't look for her tonight.

Interesting to see who made the final next week,have to say i have enjoyed watching Anita Rani but perhaps choosing a dance that was too complicated and too far away from the salsa they were meant to be doing,on the plus side all four of the remaing celebs have improved as the weeks have passed,as to who is likely to win,i would love it to be Katie and Anton but i suspect it will be between Jay and Georgia.

Odd that last night the worse dancers on the night got through to the final.

Both sets of contestants were given the choice of dance for the decider and sensibly Anton went with the Foxtrot which played to Katie's strength.
But strangely Gleb picked their so called Salsa dance.

This was the dance which didn't play well with Len due to it's total lack of Salsa content.

So it was no surprise to see poor Anita exit the show. But you have to ask why Gleb didn't pick their own Foxtrot for the dance off.

I think Gleb wanted to make his mark in his first season, hence the outlandish choreography all through the series. I doubt anyone other than the clearly flexible Anita could've coped with that routine, and it did indeed seal her fate. Like you say, he should have played to Anita's strengths, but then up against the 'king of ballroom' in anton, perhaps Gleb threw the dice in hope..?

Pleased Anton got through, even at Anita's expense, as I think he's suffered bad/joke partners long enough since he made that gaff over his last decent partner's ethnicity all those years back now. Not sure what exactly he said, but it was about his then partner, Laila Rouass; who incidentally is Ronnie O'Sullivan's real life fiancee I read recently....

Gleb did ruin it for Anita, which is a shame I wanted her to win. There was no salsa in it at all. I think they made the mistake of thinking the public was behind them and the judges didn't matter so they basically did a show dance.

Though, apart from Katy and the Helen girl that went out last week, the best dancers are in the final.

I'd have like anita through, but then, I'm glad anton got to a final at last.

To me its all irrelevant as Jay is a certainty to win.
He has been for weeks imo.
Ever since 'That Jive' it has been game over.
Lost a lot of interest now unfortunately.

They gave her a really good send off on it takes two (yes I watch it too, don't judge), even though she did look sheepish and awkward.

Never known anybody else get such a send off.

agree was a really good send off for Ola Jordan on it takes two this evening. she was clearly emotional given it's her final week ever on strictly. would be nice if the main strictly show on Saturday also gives ola a good send off
