if arsenal and chelsea beat utd it'll be a three way tie at the top with goal difference coming in to play. the way the league has gone this year who would rule it out??

Martin Atkinson probably got the Wembley gig as a reward for his performance in the Chelsea v United league match, where he redressed the Premier League's inability to punish United/Rooney for the James McCarthy elbow incident of a few three days earlier. You are right on this one insofar as Arsenal need a ball-winning midfielder and commanding centre-half who will lead by example and/or hand out a good bollocking. Only the result spoilt an otherwise great game, what is Arsenals problem? every time somebody does them a favour and gets a result against Utd they go and blow it. Watching Arsenal is incredibly frustrating, they always want ONE MORE pass before they are prepared to shoot. It makes no difference to me who wins the title as long as it goes to the last day. Whatever happens this season Arsenal need at least four new players, a Gk, defender, midfielder and striker.

Getting Gary Cahill would be a good start.
