It's Del Rio - Batista now and it does look mediocre, very disappointing. Batista looks a spent force now, I wish they hadn't brought him back. I missed the Shield-Wyatts match. Sad

The main reason I'm interested in WWE tonight though is because of Undertaker's return to RAW later.

and hulk Hogan returns as well as he is the host of wm30. I watched elimination chamber as it was on normal sky sports rather than sky box office and was that unimpressed I didn't bother staying up to the end and not watched the re run tonight on sky

No sorry Rammy I'm not interested in Hogan, never really been a fan. Certainly never a Hulkamaniac. Pyro's right - he was just plugging the hosting thing for Vince. Sad

I saw the chamber match itself and that was good to be fair. Although by all accounts on here I'd missed the best match of a dull PPV, Wyatts v Shield.

But definitely looking forward to Undertaker - Brock Lesnar at WMXXX. Should make up for what looks a really shit title match between Orton and Batista.

I don't know what they'll do with Taker-Lesnar. Do you think this could be the 21-1, Robotdevil? I'm excited by the match but don't know which way they go. In my heart I kind of want Taker to win this one and then lose it next year but I just don't know what they'll do, it's hard to call.

The way I see it, if Lesnar loses to a broken down 50 year old, that can only manage one match per year, then all of Lesnar's drawing power at the gate will be killed. A former UFC champion failing to beat a wannabe tough guy like 'Taker would be dreadful.

Could be an interesting one with Lesnar and Undertaker, no one has any idea who's going to win, and that makes the match better. In my opinion i think taker will win, and maybe Lesnar keeps himself in the title picture by attacking Batista and Orton whilst the ref is knocked down or something like that. Just a thought

Bryan to beat HHH, and Hogan to hold his arm up as though he was responsible.
Batista to pin Bryan in the Main Event and really get the heel heat.

You can see it happening, can't you?

Lesnar ought to smash Taker to bits. That he won't suggests this might be the most far-fetched PPV in history.

Yeah, No. Taker is a legit tough guy & Has been known to beat up several people backstage for being disrespectful to people.

One of his most notable backstage fights was with HBK in the 90's

RE: The Official WWE Discussion Thread
It's just that Undertaker said he wanted a younger star to defeat him and get the push their character and career needs. Lesnar doesn't really fit that bill, I know he's only 36 but he's still been around for years and probably doesn't need to beat Taker to get the push. He can main event matches on his own merit. Maybe Taker's just had enough. As you say his near 50 year old body can't go on forever.

I hate that they're promoting really old guys like Batista. Christ, he could hardly move in the match at Elimination Chamber and on RAW last night too. That Orton match is really going to be shit at WMXXX.

This Taker-Lesnar is the only thing getting me intrigued about it so far because, oh I just don't know, it's so hard to call.
