As far as I can work out our men's hockey team need to score more against Spain than Australia do against Brazil in their final game - which probably won't be easy - after losing to Australia 2-1

A number of finalists, potential finalists and potential medal prospects throughout the day. A day to have eyes on lots of events at the same time .

Aside from all that the golf has now teed off.

That was a disapointment after the Men's rowing pair ended up in 4th place after spending most of the race in the Silver medal position

Silver for Katherine Grainger and Vicky Thornley in the Womens Double Sculls

Bet she will be gutted so close to a gold but she still becomes most decorated female olympian with 4 silvers and 1 gold

Considering they almost did not get selected because they were not performing well enough a few weeks ago that was a stellar performance.
