Yes she is probably the brains of the outfit but he is not allowed to just appoint family. But he has probably written an executive order for it.

This Presidency is getting more and more outrageous and weird by the day
Whatever he is smoking in private I bet half of America probably used the same thing when they vote for him

I hope the Senate throw out the executive order allowing him to appoint his daughter if there was one

^That depends on your definition of "payment". I'm sure the publicity won't do her business interests any harm and it could well be a foot in the door for the future.....
