Elsewhere Sally Conway is into the semi finals of the 70kg Judo.
Along the way she has claimed a famous victory by ippon over reigning World and European Champion Gevrise Emane.
If she wins her semi she will be guaranteed at least a silver medal.

Bet Froome is pissed off if he had gone against team orders in 2012 TDF and left wiggins struggling on that last mountain stage then he would be a sir by now
