I have nothing against Bray or the wyatts, I would like to see Bray fighting for the Title and take Cena or Ortons place, but I just don't get how HHH or Vinces mind works...
But as you say, Wyatt isn't after the Undisputed Title yet, so he can beat the crap out of Cena with impunity (fingers crossed Wink )

A triple threat at WM30 is reminiscent of the one they did at WM20, of course bladewave

no surprise WWE haven't mentioned CM Punk's name, are we supposed to pretend the longest reigning champ "in the modern era" never existed? typical WWE, plus punk hasn't tweeted for about three weeks, probably sulking

I'm guessing wrestlers have agents, so his agent has probably told him not to tweet anything. WWE are probably trying to contact him and hold talks thus why we're hearing nothing.

back to what you said about WWE expecting us to forget, they clearly think we'd just forget about Benoit, not even placed in the HOF (yet, and probs never will be) they just completely removed him from everything connected to wwe, yet he still had one of the best matches in WM history when he won the triple threat

RE: The Official WWE Discussion Thread
There are many people who simply cannot bear to mention Benoit for what he did. That was truly a despicable act for anyone to commit and he clearly was a very troubled man away from the ring. There may also be legally binding issues preventing them talking about him too, even now, there may be wrangles with the family that we're not party to.

But purely from an in-ring point of view, I agree his matches were some of the best. The feud with the Rock was a good storyline back in the early 2000s.

If they are trying to contact Punk then at least it's a step in the right direction to get him back on board. But yes, again, legally binding matters probably prevent them mentioning him and prevent him tweeting until anything's agreed. Compromise agreements etc are difficult things.

He will never be in the HOF if he had just killed himself then maybe but he killed his family, he was a great wrestler but what he did was unspeakable

RE: The Official WWE Discussion Thread
The thing about Benoit is that fans have to face that this is how his story ended. And so they then say "oh this was always gonna happen". Of course it wasn't.

Yes, it's a terrible waste of three lives, and yes, I'd quite understand WWE not bringing him up again or putting him in the HoF (they didn't exactly rate him highly when he was alive, they're certainly not going to start now). It's impossible to celebrate his work because it was all for nothing. And that's a shame because he did some great work.

The Punk situation doesn't really deserve comparison.

Yea its obvious why wwe wont mention him i guess, but as bad as it was what happened, some kind of positive came out of it for future stars and the wwe company. It made them realise they need to drug test more (which they now do, hence why Orton and rey have been suspended countless times) and also made them stop bashing eachother over the head so many times with chairs, knees etc. I miss the chair shots, but if it says lives then i shouldn't complain

RE: The Official WWE Discussion Thread
it's not just beniot they ignore, when lots of wrestlers leave WWE they are never mentioned again, kurt angle, ken shamrock, the hardy boys, dudleys, mvp, Kaitlyn and countless other mid carders and jobbers, ok i know most of them went to TNA but it get tedious hearing the same old names when the commentators talk about former WWE superstars or former champions, but i suppose they are only allowed to be mentioned if they left WWE on good terms
