He can't win really. Even if he gets Lisowski in the final, he'd be crushed if he lost.

Even with his smirk, it's good that Lisowski is improving. Selby v Allen in the final would seem a bit old-hat.

Selby slagged Gilbert afterwards, but the guy got further than 120+ others. It's all well for them to go "how can you be a top 16 player without winning anything?" but if he keeps making quarters, semis and finals, then that's how. It's a living, I assume.

Pleased for Lisowski, hope he smirks his way to glory tonight.
