Currently playing/enjoying/hating

Street Fighter V at the moment is a bit of a mixed bag because of missing features, now Capcom have come under a lot of shit with Marvel vs Capcom 3 then releasing another version less then 4 months later and admitting the new version was the one they really wanted to release, then with Street Fighter x Tekken and DLC content already being on the disc and having to pay to unlock it and finally the amount of times they kept releasing new versions of Street Fighter 4. Capcom had a idea with releasing Street Fighter 5 where you could unlock costumes, new colours and new fighters by money you earn playing the game or you can buy a season pass to unlock everything and instead of releasing new versions of the game it would free updates over the next couple years so what went wrong.
The game plays beautifully, the graphics look stunning and the moves feel smooth so it certainly feels like the best Street Fighter series, the online feels a lot better all tho there's still some bad lag but the problem with the game is it's very bare bones there's not even a arcade mode in the game something which is standard in every fighting game. The story mode is bare bones again there adding to that this month and over time the arcade mode and other new content over time. For £40+ Capcom shouldn't have released like that especially with there track record wth games. Hopefully this month there's supposed to be content if your s massive fan it's worth getting but you'll be a little disappointed but if your a casual fan I would say wait till they release more content. Am enjoying the game but it is disappointing with the lack of content.

Oh Mummy.A classic game a bit like PAC Man but you run away from Mummies.

Staying with the retro trend,I bought one of these plug in mega drives from Argos,you get 80 pre loaded games and 2 wireless,6 button pads. It also has a cartridge slot so you can buy old games if you see them anywhere.

Mortal Kombat XL (Mortal Kombat X with most of the DLC goodness thrown in. Anything that isn't there appears to be a few crap costumes I'm not interested in anyway)

This is the best Mortal Kombat yet and finally since the series went 3D, I have a Sub-Zero I can play and it's fun! Cryomancer variation is the quickest I've seen him move in recent games and ice hammers & swords to boot? Plus, they managed to make his unmasked attire from Mortal Kombat 3 look badass. I hope he keeps the "Kuai Liang" skin as his default in the next one:




Same goes for Scorpion. I get he's iconic, but the idea of him being Hanzo Hasashi again is more interesting than being an undead soul out for revenge:



Although he can still do his "Toasty!" fatality with this skin. Just looks mad having him pull his own skin off to do it.

This game pisses all over Street Fighter V so much its not even funny. I can even forgive the Special Forces favouritism in Story Mode (On that note, fuck you Cassie Cage!).

Street Fighter 5 Online is rubbish way too much lag.

Enjoying Sonic 2 on the mega drive, what a simple and effective game it is

I've got that and the rest of the Sonic games in Mega Drive Ultimate Collection for the PS3 am no good at it tho lol.

I had it on there too,but the disc snapped as I was getting out of the box.

Enjoying Lego Avengers.So much fun

Gone back to the old CPC 464 and enjoying Bruce Lee. A simple platform game but,good fun.
