Bournemouth should stick with their manager as they would do well by finishing 17th , personally don't understand it when teams expected to be relegated sack their managers as it normally doesn't help and they deserve the chance to manage the club in the premier league , Eddie Howe also gives them the best chance , should they be relegated , of regaining promotion .

i was referring to that moyes was being linked to the Swansea job.

Why should Mourinho be sacked? One of the best managers around. Yes he is facing the biggest challenge in his career but thats the defining thing with challenges; you overcome them and become stronger. What a fickle nation we have become.

Heard some very sad news while reading the sport section of BBCi this morning, in that former Rangers FC and Olimpia defensive midfielder Arnold Peralta was fatally shot dead while on holiday at at a shopping mall at La Ceiba, Honduras. Mr. Peralta was 27 yrs old at time of his death

The motive to the shooting is unclear

My condolences and prayers to his family and friends during this very sad time

I totally agree. Nowadays when you win the league your team have a bullseye on their back. The other teams managers zero in on how to negate you. That's is why combined with the fact that most of the other teams have quite a considerable war chest, it is such a tough proposition to retain your title. If Mourinho is still at Chelsea in 3 years it would be a very brave man to bet against him winning another premier league title. Unfortunately owners, media and fans alike are so fickle these days.

David Moyes has also ruled himself out of the Swansea job. However Gus Poyet has said that he would fancy the job if asked.
