This 3-part series premiered over Christmas, I think. Each episode focused on one legend; Bristow, Jocky, Phil Taylor. A charming look back at the heyday, with contributions from John Lowe, Keith Deller, Bob Anderson & many more.

I hope they repeat it this Christmas and put it on Mainstream TV It was one hell of era with those guys and I feel they should include Barney if they didn't first time round.

Michael Smith has failed to qualify for the World Matchplay for the first time since 2013 in that year he also failed to qualify for the World Grand Prix , and Grand Slam in 2016.

And has only failed to qualify for any major 3 times in the last 13 years , which means that arthritis in his playing hand has really mucked up his career.

Defending champion Luke Humphries is already out of the World Matchplay Championship beaten 10-8 by Gian van Veen on day one.
And 2023 champion Nathan Aspinall crashed out as well losing 10-6 to Wessel Nijman.

With Humphries and Aspinall losing last night it represents six seeded players knocked out in six successive matches of round one.

Josh Rock has started like a train against Littler. WTF .
5-0 already. Early days though.

9 darter from Littler. Still trails 2-6.

Nothing shocking about it Snooks , i do believe Josh Rock has finally arrived , i see signs at the World Cup and so it is proving here , it's really good to see , all the talk of Josh Rock being the next great really got to him because he was supposed to be the original Littler.

But as for Littler it didn't get to him at all , some it does some it don't.
