Onlyfans take 20% commission

So based on 14.95 the girls get 11.96

So a 1000 fans would make them 11,960

It would be interesting to know what an employment lawyer and a tax expert made of this. If S66 are demanding earnings from Onlyfans does that impact employment status and put in doubt self employed status? How will both parties account for these monies from a tax perspective?

Some girls have agents who find them work and in return take a % of earnings. That is contractually driven so does what S66 propose conflict with an existing agency contract?

Someone has said that Fernanda does not have OnlyFans but she does of course have her own website so will that be the next target of S66.

To my mind they have gone about this the wrong way. By all means stop girls promoting OnlyFans when working at S66 and maybe provide an OnlyFans alternative like BS have done but by taking the route they may have just shot themselves in the foot. Time will tell.
