Yep, pretty much agree with that. He needs to improve his handling of the media and man management. Luckily the Spurs side is younger so he might command a bit more respect.
He has some good players at Tottenham so will be interesting what he does if he is given the job.

The good news is he's a freebee as he's out of contract. The bad news is that he's 36.

Everton have completed the signing of former Rangers forward Steven Naismith on a four-year deal.

John Fleck of Rangers is also expected to complete a transfer to Coventry and 'keeper, Brad Guzan is set to re-sign for Aston Villa later today.

Tottenham have complete the transfer of Gylfi Sigurdsson from Hoffenheim. Looking forward to seeing him next season.
