Looks like it's up to the production team working on a given night whether they want to do 2-4-1's or not. Also, having three different girls on at once is likely to make them more money as the customer has more choice.

Seems like they have no proper idea what to do with the 4th lady perhaps they will figure it out

Yep I get that lol it's a pity at the moment it's one set and one outfit nothing changes all night there should be a 2-4/1 as standard and not leave it up to the girls to just take the handy option and decline ofcom have cut so much off what used to happen the channels need to utilise what they are allowed to do and not take the lazy option

Actually Broncobilly, I Love Megan is exactly right. The intention is to never have to stream one girl over 2 channels. therefore, when a girl goes on a break, the 4th girl takes over her channel. Not all girls are happy to do 2-4-1, but the ones that are do. There are also times when the 4th girl isn't a good match for one or two of the 3 girls on air, so on some nights you will only get one or two 2-4-1's instead of three.

It makes sense and I agree ilm is right but perhaps you could have 4 ladies working together who get along I am sure it's possible go arrange it. Also can we please see different outfits, the same outfit all night on the same set all night long is not great viewing

overall i think redlight is doing a good job and will get better once everything has settled down

But how long does it take to settle?

As far as sets go, it definitely does seem to be one girl, one set (excluding the "extra" girl, who uses the set of whatever girl she's covering for) but outfits seem to be the girl's choice. Some girls have an outfit change (Rebecca Jade, TJ) , and some don't (Dionne Mendez). Although obviously if a girl is on a "theme" set (such as the hospital), she's likely to keep the relevant outfit on all night.

Or better yet why not have NAKED night nobody wears a thing for the night,i bet if it happened dionne would ring in sick
