^ The users of social media did the platforms no favours the other day. But where is Javid's condemnation of the Mirror (who later admitted they had crossed a line), the Sun and the Mail? Anyone doubting there's an agenda behind such selectivity?
The idea that the babeshows "are not that deep" is driven by those that don't wish to acknowledge how much effective customer service and a consideration of psychology impacts users' future interactions.
