ahh ok. most players have an option to raise or lower the stream quality. it's probably on 720p. try and lower it to 480p and also make sure your not running any other programmes like bit torrent that will use up your bandwith. this all could be completely wrong but not being a subscriber, i'm totally guessing! Smile
