RIP Dame Cleo Laine

Renowned jazz singer Dame Cleo Laine has died aged 97. She played alongside Ray Charles and Frank Sinatra and many others and was also famed for appearing with her late husband John Dankworth. RIP.

I remember when I was a kid in the 70s & 80s. Her & "Johnny" seemed to be on almost every TV show my parents watched.

Definitely not my kind of music but she had a hell of a voice.
