What's with Sin tv being back on screen :/ 942 showing some recorded stuff ATM with the banner "phone lines are closed" running across the screen

Seems that they are 'testing' for their grand comeback.

Their old frequency at at 28E is just showing a digital clock just like they did before the initial launch.

Do not know the new frequency as yet.

When's the launch wonder if Tiffany will be back on there
