Continued to be surprised & grateful in equal parts to be nominated & better still to make the Final in 2 separate categories. The quality of the nominees in the respective categories & furthermore the finalists makes me feel humble as I respect each one of them. Maybe we share similar similar posting content, but we are quite clearly approach it in different ways.
I still find it strange to get recognition for doing normal stuff, you can't really have an agenda to gain nominations, for me it has just come with the territory, I log-in & just sort of have a mooch about & immerse myself in any happenings. Being part of this place is like the famous Forrest Gump quote. If there's a post that interests me I might try to get involved & add something to the mix. Some days I might feel creative & try to provoke interest from others.
Hopefully the way this place works best is that we can all feed off each other. The value of being here has long since transcended the babeshows per say, despite them still being a driving force. The community & interactive banter is the bedrock of this place & I now consider many of you friends & I'm genuinely open to making many more new friends here as its a lot less hassle than making enemies although that sometimes can't be avoided.
As much as I've tried, off-site happenings have diluted my enjoyment, this is my switch-off place & my focus has been blurred at times. I haven't launched one or two creative ideas that I had in mind, just put them on ice & hopefully a better situation allows me to create a few new threads that might be of interest.
All I've ever done is be authentic, what you see is what you get (thankfully you can't see) I'm an open book who will always speak the truth as I see it & don't set out to be liked or popular. My approach is to maintain integrity, keep an open mind & try to find humour whenever possible. Most importantly I endeavour to be respectful of others (with a few exceptions).
The above ramblings is my tiny little mind try too unravel & justify how the fuck did you come tom the conclusion to nominate/vote for me ? Are you completely mad, give your head a wobble.
On a more serious note best of luck to southsidestu & doddle in the Non-Babe category happy to make the final 3 in a category were I like to spread myself around on different subjects, especially some of the Sports threads which I always enjoy.
