The Crazy World of Roadworks

The amount of Roadworks I experience on a daily basis is so annoying especially when you turn up to a road that doesn't even need repairing - or the stop and go guy is more interested in his Greggs Steak bake

What I want to know is...
The name of the Minister who actually signs the paperwork authorising these loony roadworks and yet we see, day after day, week after week fucking miles of bollards put out and half the time there is absolutely NO ONE there doing anything meaningful like work/repairs. And when they are there, they are either on their phones or more interested in their Greggs/Subways lol
