Well I can't remember that far back, fillyt, but I'm surprised you didn't get any responces. Even if it wasn't a knickerless show, someone usually confirms it.

It certainly got her the sack from LA Babes - but then the channel itself crumbled shortly afterwards too, so who knows what was going on behind the scenes there?

No, they don't happen these days. I never read any Ofcom bulletins specific to these knickerless performances, so I'm not sure it was a case of anyone clamping down. More likely that the channels decided it wasn't worth the risk anymore.

Yeh I don't get it either. There are so many restrictions as to what they're allowed to do on the night shows, but the clothing and the way the girls move and touch themselves on the day shows is astonishing considering the restrictions at night are meant to be in place to 'protect the children'.
I mean Fernanda always wears tops that are almost completely unbuttoned so there is bound to be loads of nipslips throughout the day. i don't know how they can get away with that. Look at this
