Guys it is true, talked to her again earlier. They have offered her to come bk and do days, but shes soo pissed off at the moment. Shes devestated bout it all, thats why she hasnt been on here to comment yet, but once shes sorted she will reveal all.

Can't really add anything additional to what's already been said except what a real shame, Carmen was on of the most Daring and exciting babes to watch her performances were out of this world! She always gave it 100% in ever performance of her's an she had great chemistry with the other Elite girls especially Emily Dean. Carmen and Sophia are the only reason i watch Elite, and with Carmen gone Alot of her loyal fans, including myself are pretty devastated. Elite made a 'Huge' Mistake firing her and for what reason? i would really like to hear what caused this. I wish all the best to Carmen on whatever she decides to do next, i do hope she goes to another channel (bangbabes hopefully) Because she will be wasted on Elite Days, so there's my opinion for what it's worth.

Carmen is a star of Elite she is sexy fun and has great interaction with any girl she is put on screen with unlike a certain blonde who does sweet fa but sit on a desk and look bored WTF are you thinking of Elite get Carmen back on nights asap before another channel snaps her up
Think we're all sorry to see Carmen go but there's no need to start slating the other girls. Think the comments about a certain girl's surgery will be far more upsetting for her than Elite allowing her to work on the channel! Do you not think the girls will read these comments?! As for the blonde that sits on the desk and does nothing, she worked harder than anyone else last night, there were four girls in but they all left early and she kept the show going on her own. She's maybe not the most confident girl on the channel, but she always looks great and never seems to be talking to people off set when she's on the phone like a lot of the other girls do. We've all got our favourite girls and like different looks and types of performances. If Carmen was your favourite why not put your energy into supporting her instead of needlessly putting the other girls down?
