I think the issue may be associated with the need to 'right click' and choose 'save file' which some users need to do rather than just clicking the link. Unfortunately, lix.in doesn't allow this.

Big D - are you a rapidshare premium user? And its been asked before, can you specify which posts contains the links that you're trying to download?

I've tried to download several videos through lix.in before with none of them working. I am a free user for rapidshare.

I know bluearmy71 uses lix.in,is it one of his links?

When you click on the lix.in link in the Forum post you then get the "continue to Rapidshare " Page with the code letters being needed to be entered in the box.
Enter code and click continue
Once you done this succesfully you are taken to the list of Rapidshare link(s)
Click on the link and you should go to the Rapidshare Page where you can select "Free" user.

Doesnt this happen for you ?

NB.You will need to download all the parts of the Movie (and join them) before you can play it.

Or can you just not play the video ?

I had a problem with some rar files uploaded by bluearmy71.
It turned out I was confusing the parts of the rar file with the parts of the movie.
There were 4 movie parts and each movie part was then split into some rar parts.
I had only downloaded the first rar part of each of the movie parts instead of all of the rar parts of the first movie part and therefore could not extract it.
If it is a rar file, all parts of it need to be downloaded before it extracts correctly. You can only play the video after it has been extracted if it is a rar file.
Dont know if this is the problem.
We need to know which file you tried to download in order to help further.

add attachment

Insert into post

Then I.......

preview post
