951 is back working tonight, but it is showing Partyland, same as 909,
But it has the Bluekiss icon in the top left hand corner

but i think this blue kiss is part of bluebird tv as didnt bluebird buy 951 off cellcast & my have also taken the name bluekiss aswell

No it's not part of Bluebird. The 951 channel is owned by Bluebird but is currently being leased to Cellcast. It will not be operated by Bluebird themselves until they have some shows of their own to broadcast.
