Has anyone noticed the Girls looking at their phones an inordinate amount lately?
I understand they have to promote the shows on social media
Sending a life line to the big tipper and whatnot
Nerves when no one is spending or talk
I get that, I think that's how a lot of people get addicted to the phone
The Girls are Humans just like us, they have stuff going on mentally
I mean most of the show spent just staring at the phone
Better than Harley reading a book when she was on. Whats a caller supposed to do? Guess when she's finished a chapter?
Seems like a suitable time to remind everyone of Danica and her notorious ability look at her watch

BS should start a book club and get all their babes to read literary classics during their shows, instead of being on their personal phones

Paperback or hardback ? It all boils down to the same thing, I quite like the idea of the old-school way. But both are equally wrong in the workplace, maybe the perception is that browsing on a phone is somehow more acceptable I would draw a comparison to my early days at work when some people would craftily read a newspaper, with the advent of phones it was a new distraction. Some have better self discipline, others need reminding of the rules.
The phone issue became a thing on Elite/S66, no doubt that babes would be on socials doing updates, to drum up callers, it was common to see selfies being taken on the shows. I guess that evolved into just browsing, doing a bit of on-line shopping etc, which is obviously taking the piss.
In a normal workplace most companies will have a policy regarding use of personal phones. I expect that some Babechannels see it differently. I've already touched on S66, Xpanded have a few babes who play on their phones, most don't, but there's no sign of enforcing any rules. In terms of BS, the babes on-screen FTA in the main studios never mess about on their phones.
It will be different with the many babes working from home. Some people will just take the piss and if nobody stops them it will carry on. During the pandemic I had a job getting on the golf course because so many people were working from home, it got that busy they had to extent the car park. Companies worked it out and got workers back in the offices.
I think there are some really hard working babes on the shows, proper grafters, especially those that have had regular jobs before. However there's a growing number who see this line of work as an easy life, and a way to earn good money from doing as little as possible.
Now I am sort of curious how that mythical book reading show went

I'm probably expecting too much as a customer who mainly tips and buzzes
I just get annoyed when I paid for something and have the breaks put on cause the performer is busy on the phone (and I don't mean a call, I'm fine with those)
It gives me little incentive to tip further.
There are a decent amount of girls who don't do that on their shows
If they are using their phones, some will apologize (could be picking a new song or whatnot)
BS have finally got email notifications when your favourite babes log on, but still haven't got it for BSCams. BS' website schedule and social media promotion is useless.
With stuff like Onlyfans, a lot of babes probably directly contact their big tippers during their shows on their personal phones, especially if it's quiet.

That's a positive sign.
I've had use OnlyFans before when it comes to asking when they will be on.
Since I'm an American, a little bit of a heads up is nice.
Wish I didn't have work during the week, I could check out that book club
