When the channels were more entertaining to me in the 2010's, there were a few times I spent an entire 24 hours watching them.
Now I mostly watch recordings of old shows, if I have any free time. The current shows rarely entice me to spend any significant time watching them.

2010-2020ish, if I had nothing to do, I could spend the evening watching one of my favourites rather than the shite on TV... Nowadays, its more like 5 minutes (the shows are that interesting now) between YouTube videos.

When I was younger and we had three channels on FV. I would watch it most of the evening. If Lori was on I would follow her from channel to channel until she finished at5am. But now due to my age and my illness I hardly see it at all.

Back in the day I frequently watched the shows endlessly. Not now.

If I could manage more than 8 minutes these days I'd have to punch myself in the face for doing it.

In my single days I could watch the day shows for hours... They used to sit and cross their legs and stuff which I love.
Now it's a 2 minute curiosity look... Shoulders shrugged and Channel switched

Less so now with 2-3 at best.

It was the current state of spending thread that made me think of asking the current state of watching question.
When I want to watch an old show I just google a babes name and look for a video.
