Can anyone kindly post the latest links from RTMPDump or others for the babe channel’s webstream VLC playable links?

There are no set links, they all have different URLs every time they go live. You'll have to play the video in the browser for RTMPDump to find the stream URL. Or try one of the other stream capture programs mentioned in other places in this forum. The other alternative is to inspect the network feed in the browser and manually add that URL to VLC.

The stream links these days are complex as fuck, consisting of 307 characters.

Here is a before and after picture of a link to the same stream after it bufferer for 1 second, with the changes highlighted at the top.
