Snooks is off for a forum sabbatical for a while.
My mental health battle has required a change in direction and focus.
I therefore need to take a bit of time out to rejig things because of that and a few other issues.
Unfortunately for you lot it is my intention to return

I just don't know when yet

Another falls, the curbside is littered
With lost souls of good posts that once were befitted
Snooks has taken a bow, but has vowed to return
So I'm checking the clock as this world crashed and burn
Take time young man to replenish your soul
But a return to us should be your main goal
Take a rest, if you must and I hope all goes well
And I know you'll be back under the forum spell
If a legend dies all hopes die too

Having a sabbatical is a good idea and I hope that you benefit from the time away so that you return with your health restored. Take care of yourself snooks.
When I spotted the sabbatical post, I could only think of a handful of members here that would use that word. & Snooks was sadly top of that list. As ever, eloquently worded, with a unique style. I'm sure this is a positive move, that will have the desired effect, & setting you back on track, & in time feel ready to return. This place is always all the richer when your around. You will be missed, but I look forward to reading many more posts, filled with your usual wit & enthusiasm. take care Mr, Snooks.
