I would never sign up to any only fans but this just looks to me like they were the second victims of the attacks which started with pornhub and will no doubt continue. They were accused of hosting the same style of 'illegal' content and the banks threatened to pull out in the same way.
I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but it was interesting that the OnlyFans rule change was announced just before the latest BBC report on OnlyFans was published. I also find it interesting that OnlyFans has a major PR agency (W Communications) working for them.
^ I'd find it more concerning if a company of their size did not have a communications agency helping them with crisis management comms - especially as there first comms efforts were crap

I don't even know if they had a genuine problem.
It's interesting to see OnlyFans making rule changes like this. Why would they do it, though?

Change can be a bit unsettling, especially for those who rely on the platform. Hopefully, OnlyFans will be clear about their policies to avoid any unexpected surprises for the creators. I also have an account there, and I even learned how to promote OnlyFans on Reddit. So, I hope I won't get banned.
