The Euro 2021 Championship will be held in 12 countries in Europe starting on 11th June 2021 with Turkey vs Italy in Rome.

The Final will be held on 11 July 2021 at Wembley Stadium in London.

England's first match will on the 13th June v Croatia, then against Scotland on the 18th June and then against Czech Rep on the 22nd June. (which will be after lockdown has ended).

Southgate has one problem to resolve. Who is his best 11 players? There is only one player who has definitely got a place, and that is Harry Kane (if he's fit). There are lots of players fighting for starting positions.
stick saka on. euro's are already over! Smile
^ I hadn't taken him into consideration.
With Rashford, Sterling, Grealish, Foden, Mount and now the Leicester pairing of Maddison and Harvey Barnes.

Then he's got to work out his defensive mid field player, is it Rice, Phillips or Henderson.

It's actually the 2020 Championship. Although the tournament was postponed from 2020 until 2021, Uefa decided to keep the original name.

Just got the Adrenalyn trading cards back in store!! Did we offer to stage the whole thing if it became impossible across Europe?

I would say allow the squads to be up to 30 or 32 so that you are covered
at least for injuries. The other thing that has to be considsered is whether is it better to get the season finished as early as possible so that Southgate gets enough time with the squad or clubs release those players from their teams before end of season so the squad 'bubble' is formed and they are based away from the public eye and the press leaves them alone to focus on the championship without the press adding to the expectation, However oiur problem is allowing fans from other nations into UK. What rules will be applied (if there are any)?
Southgate's named his 33 player provisional squad.
Nick Pope is injured and requires an operation so he's excluded but Southgate has Pickford and Dean Henderson as an able deputy.
The full back are the ones who you'd expect in the squad but it could be between Alexandra-Arnold & Trippier as to who makes the final cut.

I can never understand why James Tarkowski isn't included in this provisonal team (Southgate's called up two uncapped players plus two guys in Mings and Coady who I just don't rate). I think that he's should at least make the teams bench as he's one of our best defenders.

Leicester Cities James Maddison isn't in the squad.

And dispite good sessions both Patrick Bamford and Danny Ings find themselves being left out so that Mason Greenwood and Ollie Watson can be included.

Maddison might have got in a year ago, but he recently had an injury lay-off and hasn't got his form back since.
Alexander trent's injury has ruled him out and is a blow, but at least Klopp might feel happier having him fit for next season. I doubt many squads will have the same problems as us and I do think England must start third favourites behind possibly France and may be even Italy.
Also i hope many babes will be doing shows in football kits. Emma C has to be a firm favourite for that!!
Henderson didn't look match fit. Where as James Ward-Prowse played well and would fully deserve a call up into the final squad.

Romanian goalkeeker Florin Nita looked useful, I can think of one Prem team who wouldn't mind him in their squad.
