If you are contacted by one of the team about moderation (the serious things) and you ignore them repeatedly, you may be issued a warning to prompt you to pay attention, if the situation is resolved, the warning will be revoked, if it isn't, further warnings may be issued, with a ban happening (temporary or even permanent) if you don't listen to what's been said.
