Hi, I have suddenly started having a problem whilst using Chrome.

The maximise/restore down icon in the top right hand corner next to the close X icon is greyed out and not working, yet everything else is working fine and the icon works everywhere else.

I have the most up to date version of Chrome & Windows 10, and I have been online and tried all suggestions on how to fix it without success. Plus I have also done a malware scan, but that also came back negative.

It may seem a trivial thing, but I would really like to know what is causing it and how to fix it, so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated

Fixed the problem myself, simply by altering the chrome settings to make them compatible with Win 8.

Still not actually sure what has caused it in the first place, but at least I have found a solution

Have you got any Chrome extensions installed? Because sometimes they can cause icons to become greyed or even disappear.
