These awards tend to favour long standing babe channel girls though. If you look at previous results you can see how hard it is for newcomers to make their mark. Having been popular for some time is what tends to bring the votes in.
I agree with what you say, but the last year has been like none another for the number of newcomers on the channels. If even a couple of them make it through it could mean one or two big names missing out.

If I remember rightly doesn't UKAP have a lifetime Achievement award that probably Lynda & Charmaine would likely be eligible award or could UKAP consider creating such an award that we and probably the girls as well have the exclusive vote on at some point and no one else?
I agree probably there are going to be several established names appearing the final lists in both categories, but I think I would welcome seeing new girls getting recognition even if they have been on the channels books for less than a year. and what would be nice to see is the girls twitter account profiles reflecting any nomination. There are several girls I think who have been on the channels for over 10 years or more and still have not been fully recognised for their services in this award.
So yes, to see new names in the list would be welcome and I do think it is
I didn't find this an easy decision, I think I would've found it easier to compile a list of my 10 least favourite day/night babes. I tried to focus on key factors, like performance & ability on the phone etc. & ignore the fact of what channel they appeared on & how much experience they have. Importantly I used a calculation of time on-screen per number of wanks, as a percentage.
Anywat eventually my long-lists became shortlists & I ended up with a well balanced set of nominees across the channels, new & old.
I was the 150th voter.
I was going to go through a similar exhaustive process
Then I thought, fuck it, and just nominated my favourites
Now the voting has closed let's hope UKAP don't forget about the forum like they have in the past once the first round is over,
We should have the lists of ten posted on here before they post it on there twitter and webpage,
I thought it so disrespectful that year when first we new the vote was on was when I stumbled upon a tweet from them , I am hoping they have learned from this and will be more inclusive of the forum this year,
As for this part of the vote, I think it could have some interesting names on with a big turnout of at least 150 votes it should hopefully give some new names, this has been one of the best years for new talent on the shows and hope some of them get recognised, also hoping some of the more established girls who are mostly web based benefit from the why the shows have changed this year,
I think all this year's votes could be very interesting,

This is the point I was trying to make earlier, as I think it's probably been the best year ever for new talent on the channels. But for any of the newcomers to get recognised it might mean some of the bigger names missing out.
