Saw the trailer for this Netflix series just before it was released. Liked the look of it and wasn't disappointed. Thought it was very good, answered some questions whilst leaving more unanswered, good fight sequences and some very nice character development. Acting was quite good too.
An adaptation of a Canadian manga/comic book, created for tv by Simon Barry who also did Continuum, which was a very good time travel show.
I saw the trailer but I'm not sure, didn't realise it was the same guy as Continuum though (which I loved) so that might just persuade me to watch it.
Exactly the same boat as you guys. I really liked Continuum so if it's the same guy behind it, it'll be worth a watch. Just got way too much to catch up on though
I'm gutted, got into the show late, just before season two dropped, binged season one then two, loved it and was looking forward to seeing where they went next. I think this is down to two things in reality, Wednesday coming out a week later and blowing up, and Netflix's history of cancelling lesbian driven shows.
The lack of promotion wouldn't have helped, because I saw fuck all and I know that's been a complaint, but the show did well without it, which is telling imo.
Such a shame
I'm hoping for more than just an end it all movie, a full final season at least, or even a renewal that gives us what Netflix should have, the bastards.
