Wish I was better at this to do Ruby justice.

Nothing wrong with the capping Tom but they're a bit small.
I cap screenshots, then use PicResize to make a file that's small enough to load then use Babe Image to post.
Babe Image is just like tvgirlsgallery which you're using but it will handle a larger file. In use it's just the same, you select the third line for forum.
The only thing with Babe Image is that you've got to sign into an account
There's no cost with any of these, there are some threads in the tech zone

ah that was my problem tvgallery kept saying the was it too big, so I made them smaller.
