Hi

I am hoping someone can help/assist

My other laptop has a blue screen and nothing is happening

Phoned my local IT shop, they are doing nothing till the lock down ends but they said it is not possible in all cases to rebuild

The service they offer is an examination of the laptop and confirmation if it is economically repairable for £50.00

Repairable charges if new hard drive required and £100.00 to reinstall my software including Windows and Office

Does anyone have any suggestions which I could perhaps do myself, or if not what could be done at a lower cost

Many thanks in advance
can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Hi

Sorry when I switch on it is just the Blue Screen and does not allow me to do anything else
ok
Get it looked at it might be locked or the disk is full
I'm no expert (at anything other than being sexy), but BSOD errors are a pain. Bleeping Computer might have something helpful.
