I went with my own preferred option, all votes in nomination equal 1 point with the top scorers going into a straight run off. But I'm interested in any differing opinions.

Clara would have gone in to the run off with Lacey and Jennifer (3 way battle), if more than 2 finished level at the top all top scorers would have gone into the run off, same if more than 1 finished level in second, then all second placed scorers would have gone into the run off with the top scorer, as per your hypothetica.
I explained this in the first post of the thread and again in a reminder post later on. I didn't want to flip a coin or do a random name draw if someone finished level points so figured it would be fairer to put all in the run off if scores were level.
So if the scores had finished Jennifer on 16, Lacey and Clara both on 14, the final would have been Jennifer v Lacey v Clara in a run off.
