No she's all 100% natural, that scar is from heart surgery she had years ago

They don't cut down the centre of your chest to stick implants in anyway, it's obvious that it's an open heart surgery scar imo.

What was wrong with her heart ? She can only be 30

Even if I knew all the facts, it's not something to be discussed in too much detail, but she needed heart surgery, hence the scar.
