They all seem normal to me. I'd say just say her Gluteus Maximus muscles are just more pronounced since she's lost quite a bit a weight since we last saw her.
You'll notice her thighs seem bone thin in her latest nightshow. Alice seems to have lost quite a bit of body fat to fit into her wedding dress...

I'd rather girls workout more to lose weight then dieting. Dieting just makes the body lose weight in the wrong places. Kinda of why Clare and Caty have amazing legs and booty.
