From my own personal experience I sent a message or two on the main chat one morning to confirm she was taking phone calls, then tried calling and was ‘connected’ but no one spoke on the phone for a few minutes, then I got no further response from any more messages on the main chat. So a waste of time and money on that occasion, that’s sadly put me off trying it again since.

I would like to think if that happens it's more likely a technical issue than her actively ignoring you. But I should have clarified - I've never once tried to actually call so I can't really speak to that side of things. My experience is based solely on camming.
