I agree with your assessment, 22.00 Saturday night is prime time and you field your best people then.
I did notice that Lynda was reduced to waggling the phone for much of her shift and obviously it wouldn't have mattered who BS put on really. I can remember her going home early once before.
If only they'd find it in their hearts to give her a more intimate set.
