that A-hole Nicky Morgan is still around to add her Rank Smell of Rotting Putrefaction to the mix ...at least the Cxxt is gone ....for now
Watched his first PMQ's and he is incredibly demonstrative, posting at the opposition, holding court with his followers and almost sounding coherent. One thing is for certain this PM is not going to be a doormat for the EU and is determined to bring Brexit about...we shall see. Europe are worried and if we did leave without a deal the accusations will be flying left and right as to who was wrong/right.

Bounce.
Beautifully put.

I think alchemy may be the best metaphor for Brexit I have ever seen.

Even if he manages to get a few changes from The EU, the one thing that will not be able to change is The Backstop and it was The Backstop that scunnered May's WA. Perhaps he could get them to agree on a time limit for it but given that nobody seems able to come up with a viable alternative I can see that limit being a long term one. I don't see how we can get an agreement in parliament on Brexit with the numbers it currently has it seems like a General Election is the only option.

Of course it's not enough to replace Remain MPs with Leave ones, you would need to replace them with the right kind of leave MPs who would be willing to accept The Backstop with a long term time limit as part of the plan, the hard right Eurosceptics in the ERG that oppose The Backstop are the reason we are still in The EU, more of them would and the Boris' deal would be equally as dead as May's
Next thing a general election with Labour with the most seats, but the CONservatives unite with Farage and the Lib Dems to form a government and sell the country to the highest bidder. Fantasy ? time will tell. Bus pass, winter fuel allowance, reduced pensions for the general public are on the cards, just a matter of time now. Its the CONservative way, The rich shall inherit the earth. Someone please tell me i am wrong.

You're wrong.

The Libdems would never, ever, do a deal with the Tories or Farage.
A minority Labour government would look to the SNP to prop them up. Sturgeon's price would be a second Independence referendum.
Nah lib dems got burnt with the whole coalition thing i remember that at the time tried to do a deal with labour but they were so fucking arrogant that talks never got off the ground

could only see lib dems helping Labour is if corbyn went and they became a proper remain party but that would rip the labour party apart Tongue

basically because of the party system the whole political system is fucked and no longer fit for purpose

I could see boris doing a deal with brexit party if called a GE basically like Lib dems have with greens and Plaid in this new by election bascially only one leave candidate in each seat
